New Functionality: Registrar > Student Master > Zip Codes

An additional 40 zip codes have been added to the database which when entered in the Zip field will auto-populate the City and State fields.

New Functionality: Registrar > Student Master > History tab > Term Block

A field for ‘Term Block’ has been added to allow users to track which Term Block each enrollment is associated with.

New Functionality: Registrar > Student Master > History tab > Student Master Tracking button

This tracking has been enhanced to include ‘Term Block’.

An option for ‘Transcript Watermark Visible’ has been added which if set to ‘Y’ will show the watermark image on the ‘Transcript’ report.

A ‘Transcript Watermark Image’ has been added which will show on the ‘Transcript’ report if the ‘Transcript Watermark Visible’ option is set to ‘Y’.

Enhanced Report: Financial Aid > Financial Aid Report Selection > FA Student Summary – Custom List 1

This report has been enhanced to include the FA Advisor as documented in Financial Aid > Student Financial Aid.

Enhanced Report: Placement > Company > Jobs > Jobs report

This report has been enhanced to include the ‘Date Canceled’ as documented in Placement > Company > Jobs.

Enhanced Report: Reports > Accounting > Deleted Earnings

This report has been enhanced to include data associated with the ‘Delete Month’ feature in Accounting > Earnings Calculation Term Month.

Enhanced Functionality: Registrar > Grade Book

The Calc button will now produce an error if the grade book setup exceeds the 42-column limitation.

A warning has been added indicating that grades will need to be calculated and posted in the Instructor Portal if the grade book setup exceeds the 42-column limitation.

Enhanced Functionality: Financial Aid > Awards > Package > Calculate Pell

The code has been modified so if an odd amount is calculated and split into multiple disbursements, it will split the larger amount first and then the smaller amount.

Enhanced Functionality: Placement > Student Placement > Student Jobs > New Job

The code has been modified so that only jobs that are not canceled or filled will display.

Enhanced Functionality: Placement > Student Placement > Student Jobs > New Job

An optional ‘Date Filled’ has been added which if populated will update Placement > Company > Job information.

Enhanced Functionality: Admin Tools > Master > Holidays Master

The available years in the Year selection list has been extended to 2025.

Bug Fix: Registrar > Student Report Selection > Misc > Student Campus Change

This update addresses an issue where the changes were being applied to the Registrar > Student Master > Other tab but not the Registrar > Student Master > History tab.
