Admissions Module

New Functionality: Admissions > Lead Import

New functionality has been added to allow the user to import leads.

This new report has been added to display the numeric grade as documented in the Registrar > Grades/Other > Numeric Grade column.

New Report: Registrar > Student Report Selection > Select > Transcripts > Transcript List Course End Date Numeric Grade

This new report has been added to display the numeric grade as documented in the Registrar > Grades/Other > Numeric Grade column.

New Report: Registrar > Student Report Selection > Select > Summary Reports > Student Summary 24 – Program-Dates-Funding

This new report has been added to show Student, ID, Status, First Term, Midpoint Date, Graduation or Expected Grad Date, LDA, Determination Date and Funding.

New Functionality: Registrar > Grades/Other > Numeric Grade 

Functionality has been added to auto populate the numeric grade from Registrar > Grade Book when final grades from a course have been posted.

New Functionality: Registrar > Student Report Selection > Dates tab > Original Exp Grad Range filter

A new filter has been added in this location for Original Expected Grad Date Range.

A new filter has been added to display which students have a Student Portal Account.

Functionality has been added to auto populate the First Time field with ‘N’ when a Student is enrolled from Leads.

Middle name has been added to the student name displayed from this location.

Enhanced Functionality: Placement > Student Placement > Student Info tab > Extern Start Date

A field for Extern Start Date has been added to this location which coincides with the Registrar > Student Master > History tab > Extern Start Date field.

Reports Module

New Report: Reports > Registrar > Attendance Reports > Attendance – Course Offering 2 Weeks

This new report has been added with all the functionality of the Attendance – Course Offering report while displaying 2 weeks per page instead of 5. This report also contains a footer that can be customized by navigating to Admin Tools > Master > School Master > Custom Footers tab > Attendance CourseOffering 2 Week Footer.

New Report: Reports > Accounting > AR Student Balance with Projections As Of

This new report option has been added with all the functionality as the AR Student Balance with Projections report with the addition of an ‘As Of Date’.

New Report: Reports > Accrediting > BPPE > School Performance Reports > Federal Student Loan Debt Enrolled

This new report option has been added to meet reporting requirements for the Bureau of Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) for enrolled students who fall into this category.
