Meet us at FAPSC - Booth 10

Diamond Student Information System is pleased to announce our booth at FAPSC again this year in Aventura, Florida.  Come see how schools in Florida and the nation are flying to new heights, thanks to the powerful, integrated SIS that makes tracking students a breeze.  See a live demo and meet our team of solution experts.

Executive Dashboard Debut

A high-level view of every functional area of your school is now available through our Executive Dashboard.  It's the only system that gives you a quick graphical display showing the status of leads and attendance, demographics, financial aid and award funding, placement results and more. All the relevant metrics and high-level information used to track your campus or school is available in the dashboard.  Rolling over a live display reveals a pop-up with underlying data points, giving you further detail.  Static reports will always serve their purpose, but with Dashboards, you're looking at live data.

We'll see you in Florida!

Webinar: Best Practices for Contacting Prospective Students

Date: April 29, 2014

Time: 10:00am PDT / 1:00pm EDT

Martin Lind, Business Development Director, Education Vertical, Velocify

Bradley Tompkins, Director of Marketing, Diamond Student Information System

Are you getting the most from your marketing efforts?  Diamond SIS has partnered with the leader in enrollment management, Velocify, to empower your school to reach and engage prospective students.  Velocify’s enrollment management software supplements Diamond SIS to manage every phase of the admissions process -- from the time an inquiry is made to application.  With over 5,000 admissions reps logging in to their system every day, Velocify is the leading enrollment system for schools that compete for students.  In fact, they're so confident of their process, they offer a money back guarantee if they don’t improve your application rate by 20% after 90 days.

In this live webinar, you’ll hear Martin Lind from Velocify present their recent research and best practices for effectively reaching your prospects.  We know that an adept admissions department engages students when, where, and how they prefer – improving enrollment yields. However, failing to consider what prospective students actually want can be costly.

In their latest research, they went to the source -- the students themselves – to better understand communication preferences. This webinar will reveal:

  • Actual contact preferences of people who have submitted an inquiry form
  • Comparison of their responses on communication preferences to actual enrollment management practices
  • Recommendations on best practices

We look forward to sharing what works best and seeing your enrollments soar!  Click the RSVP button and let us know you’ll join us.  We’ll send a link to the live webinar shortly!

How Much Time Does Your Staff Spend Giving Routine Information to Students? SuperUser Account

One of the frameworks used to help provide analysis and metrics for school growth is the degree to which the school is utilizing systems and processes that are scalable. In other words, if the school is to grow and become say, twice its current size, are the processes and systems in place currently appropriate and efficient for that new size?

It's sometimes tempting for school owners (or school presidents, school directors, etc.) to assume that such issues will be resolved when the growth comes. The problem with kicking the can down the road is that so many variables that lead to school growth (in terms of enrollment, programs and placements) are wrapped up in the culture of the school as it operates today.

One of the inefficiencies we observe regularly is the time staff members take to provide routine information to students such as past grades, attendance, and tuition credits. Student data can be provided in a secure, updated manner at any time through a student portal.   As we enable students to manage their own information, it creates a culture of empowerment, progress and ownership.

Find out how the Student Portal, an enhancement to the Diamond Student Information System, can move your campus forward and free people up to focus on other tasks.  For information and pricing, call  (559) 897-6444.
